The latest Twinhorn 4th axis vertical machining center from Taiwan has been commissioned for precise fuel injection parts with high degree of accuracy. These fuel injection parts are made of free cutting low carbon steel and undergo carbonitriding heat treatment.

With the advent of global customers searching for precision turned parts and sliding head turned parts and medical parts many manufacturers are converting their facility by using new generation machines like Citizen, Tornos, Star CNC lathes which have multiple axis.Spare capacities are available to make small complex turning milling parts on CNC lathes having 10 live tools.

With more demand for machining resources, we have added 4 turnmill centers with 11 live tools and 10 stationery tools for manufacture of small dia(less than 32mm) precision parts which have turning and milling operations in them. Complex turned milled parts can be machined in one setup.

Jyoti Machining Centers Model 850 and SX4 with pallet changer has been installed along with 2 nos Jyoti DX150 turning centers . The SX4 is a high speed machining center with spindle through coolant facility and can run at15000 rpm. Citizen A20 swiss turning machine with live tools.

3 nos Sunnen auto stroking honing machines have been added to automate honing process.Precision bores of tolerances less than 2 to5 microns are manufactured. Mass production of honing parts is acheived due to high level of automation in honing process unlike conventional honing. auto stroking, auto shut off are some of the features which help in automation and repeatability.

Installation of productive machinery like Citizen swiss turning lathe with back spindle , Chiron , Kiwa vertical machining centers with pallet changers, turnmill centers with live tools has made the organisation to simplify manufacturing process and reduce set up times.
